A: To place an order, simply click on the "Order" button on the main (home) page. This will bring up an e-mail that will be sent directly to me. Simply type in the body of the e-mail the names of the items you'd like to order, and the quantity. I will send you an e-mail with payment instructions.
Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept PayPal and money orders.
Q: Do you accept orders from countries other than the United States?
A: At this time, I am unable to accept orders from other countries.
Q: What if I see something I want, but it says the current quantity is zero?
A: When placing your order, you may still request that item. However, please be aware that it will take longer to ship your order because I will have to create the item for you. Occasionally, I may no longer be able to get the materials for an item; when that happens I'll do my best to make sure the item is removed from the website.
Q: Can I have an order gift-wrapped?
A: Absolutely! Please see the "Gift Wrap" page for instructions. I've been asked many times through the years to wrap other peoples' Christmas presents, because they admired my gift-wrapping abilities! Just be sure to make a note of it when you e-mail me your order.
Q: Can I get an item in a different color?
A: Sure! Sometimes, though, the manufacturer does not provide the materials used to create a piece in different colors. I will let you know if this is the case.
Q: Can I get a bracelet or necklace in a different size?
A: Of course! Just let me know the size you require.
